How do you get it to work with joiplay, does it matter which version of the game I download?

This is a grear update but i am a lil disappointed in the sadao storyline, he seemed setup to be your foil and steal your gf evenually but he dies, on my 1st genuine playthrough he died offscreen since I went for aiko so I thought it was preventable. But going through on a different path it seems inevitable, was looking forward to see how much sakiko would fall in love with him
In the android version in the last update I could click on the symbols for mouth pick etc. And see the description and also see from the icons on the side how many are staring at which. But I can't in this version.
Also when you do all the advertising events you get a reward but I don't know what the reward is for or how to use it? Is it just for show right now?
